First of all, DO NOT use the 7-1 vaccine. Secondly, he should get the first DHPP (NO lepto) vaccine at 8 weeks, again at 12 weeks & again at 16 weeks. NEVER give the puppy more than 1 vaccine at a time- this is particularly true for a chihuahua.
His rabies vaccine (legal requirement) will be due at 12 weeks. Give it 1 week after the DHPP vaccine.

Moreover, all puppies should have their vaccines given by a veterinarian because it is important to have those puppy checks. It is important to have baseline health information on ur puppy so that if an emergency situation were to occur, there would be a record of his normal health & values (heart-rate, temp etc).
