l am wanting to take my game to the next level. l was looking to see if anyone had any good stretches that will improve my flexibility in my core muscles(hips, back, abs, and shoulders) and in my legs.
l know that increasing flexibility in the core muscles will allow for more club head speen and increasing flexibility will keep me balanced and in good posture.
So if you know any good golf stretches off the top of your head or know a good website that has alot of golf stretches to improve my core muscles and leg muscles please tell me.

Also, please dont put DVD's. l am only 14 and l wont buy a DVD.

Go to golf channel.com .click on golf shows.scroll down to exercises and you should get all you need.

The titleist performance institute website is an excellent site and it has hundreds of different excercises for u to do to increase strength, flexabilty etc.

u say u are only 14 - l would advise u not to do any weight training exercises for at least another couple of years as it may stunt ur growth.

Try doing some yoga. The cobra pose is great for stretching out your core muscles and so are a lot of the lunges that they do in yoga. l have found that a lot of the twist poses have helped me gain distance as well. Here is a great site that shows how to do them:
