l have noticed on Ping sand wedges that they have different coloured ''dots'' on them; blue, silver etc.What do these dots mean, if anything?Help me please!Best answer given!

The dots on Ping clubs signifies the lie angle on the clubs. Black is standard blue 2* upright from standard and red 2* flat a visit to the Ping website will tell you the different colour codes available and there are many variations as you've already noticed. Ping has always been a leader in fitting their clubs and lie angle is one of the keys to a good fit along with length,weight and grip size.

Color Code is PING is terminology for the lie angle of a golf club (the angle between the shaft & the sole of the club) in relation to its length. There r 12 different color codes. While taller golfers generally require more upright color codes & shorter golfers generally require flatter color codes, different color codes can also used to help golfers correct hooks & slices.
