What do you think of the Sonocaddie V300 Color GPS System

I am looking into getting a skycaddie or the product above, below is a link to the Sonocaddie and if anyone knows of anything better please say what it is.

First of all there is no annual fee with the Sonocaddie, so that is a plus and your first five course downloads are free. It has a driving distance feature on it that is pretty sweet. It has a walking golfer icon that shows your position also. It is a nice system. Check the link below, its a little cheaper.

l have the pinseeker from bushnell l like it better than the gps ranges. why, l can put it on a tree, bunker, flag, spot in the fairway and get an accurate number quickly, no monthly fees. what happens when that gps company goes out of business, if you buy one you better buy the biggest company
