l can get a sweet deal on this driver and l was wondering should l get it im somewhat of a beginner maybe intermediate what im asking is will it be to much for me? i'm also considering the taylor made burner? wich one is better for a beginner/intermediate player l hit the ball about 210 strait at best if it matters thank you

the fti is a great driver until you become a very good golfer, like a 5 handicap or less.
It is the best driver for golfers of intermediate ability. It will almost always go straight which is the key for golfers.

The FT-i driver is one of top of the line drivers out there and thus one the most expensive. You're looking at $400 for one of those. At your level of experience, the burner may be a better choice right now. You can get a burner for $200 or less and would be a better club for you right now. There are many other drivers out there also in the $100- 200 price range so check around.

l have an FT- l driver it is the best club l have had & is very forgiving, l have just started playing again & l play off a handicap of 20 (my lowest handicap was10), l recommend the club.
Before u purchase one u need to do ur research, the club has a swing bais on it DRAW, NUETRAL & FADE u should pick the bias that suits ur swing, most golf shops will tell which one suits u best.
Also the loft or degrees of the driver in combination with the swing bias have big impact on how the club performs.

It is loud and proud when you make a good swing. What are you using now? This could make a difference as to which would be a better fit, the square or the Round. l say the FT l is the Straightest club on the market, so if you have good alignment, this is the club for you. If you do not have as good of alignment, go with the burner, because you will be able to work the ball better.

l hit TMs. Always have and most likely will for a while. But my dad got the FT-i. l will tell you what, whenever l touch that club, magic happens. His drive gained at least 25 yards and he hits many many more fairways when we play now. It is a phenomenal piece of golf equipment.
