i've hear rumors that people whoa re double jointed have an advantage in golf. I am not sure if this is false or fiction.

But, I am double jointed on my elbows, and l do not know if it will end up helping or hurting my game.

l am double jointed, and it really does not affect me negatively or positively. Unless you are going pro, there will always be other aspects of your game to worry about rather than your double joints :)

Hi i'm a left handed double jointed player but my problem is my wrists, so i'm actually more of a wrist player that leads to picking up the club sometimes. On the other hand l do not have that big swing or club head speed and l also hit it quite long so l thin there is definitely pros and cons

l see no reason why being double jointed would help you play better golf.
