That depends. Is this about a PGA Tournament?.LPGA tournament?.AJGA tournament?

There r literally hundreds of golf tournaments; amateur professional,local, state, national..etc.etc.

Some of these tournaments have young kids playing in their age group anywhere from 5-6 years old up. So there will be a lot of winners at a very young age winning a tournament somewhere.

You could go to the PGA or USGA websites & perhaps find this information, or even google, submitting this question & see what links could direct u to an answer. Tiger Woods, was winning a lot of tournaments before he was even a teen ager.
