l used TM R7 and l love it.

Taylormade R7 - but make sure you get them from an authorised dealer and have them fitted to you.

Go to a professional shop that have a machine.

Take the two sets of irons on & try them out with the pro. He will be able to tell u which club suits u better, u may even find that another iron might be even better for you.

From there u should get them custom fitted.

l am telling u this from my own experiance of buying a driver. l tried out half a dozen drivers using a pro who was able to see which driver would be better than the last l tried.

l ended up getting a Jack Nicklous CD-Ti worth £100. This saved me alot of money over other clubs l was looking at. l was hitting my drives 280yards on the machine & scoring 80/100.

After l had that driver sorted l asked to have a go of the Taylormade R7 just too see how l would hit it, because l could of brought one from a friend.

l ended up only hitting it around 180yards, on a very very very low loft. If l had brought that driver.where would l of been? l was only scoring 30/100 with this driver.

Thats proof that the biggest brands do not always work for everybody & u must try out equipment & not just buy them because u think they will be good for you.
