l dont know if l should go to my wrestling practice or not because it is a good workout for my body and l can meet with good people but l hate the thought and actually doing wrestling. l need help l am unsure and am leanent to not going because well it also takes alot of time and l really suck at it so.... what should l do.

if your good enough why practice?
adventually the kid whom your beating will catch up by practicing
i assume you are in high school and have zero competition in your weight class

Look..If you do not like wrestling...why even bother...for that matter why did you even sign up?

Talk to the coach. Once you start quitting, it can become a habit. And that is not a good habit to have.

Most high schools offer basketball , wrestling, & maybe swimming as a winter sport. fall is usually soccer,football cross country. but then there is the spring! track, & GOLF! l would say with wrestling u need an incredible amount of drive & must love to hit the mat! all the sports need drive but if ur not into wrestling at heart then stop & play some intramural basket ball or something for fun or talk to the coach maybe he could use some help on match days or away meets . MOST IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!! CHECK YOUR ATHLETIC CODE AT SCHOOL BEFORE YOU QUIT.. MOST WILL MAKE YOU SIT OUT OF ALL SPORTS IF YOU QUIT IN MID SEASON!!!!! so check into that u may have to tuff it out or risk ur chance to golf come spring.. l assume u r a golfer posting ur question here.. but l would spend as much time as l can getting my golf game up a level in the off season & get involved in the musical or something else ur school offers to get u out of the house in the winter.. Again check u school or state athletic code for new rules before u just quit.. good luck ! & if u take a year off of wrestling there may be consequences but if u miss it that much u can always join next year or crawl back to the coach ask for his help.. either way talk to him. & make a plan .
