If l bought a 41'' Odyssey two-ball putter, is there any way l can get it lengthened to 45''; and if it is possible, how much money is it?

yes, very easily. If you have any experience with changing grips, you can do it yourself. Go to golfsmith or Golf Galaxy, and buy a shaft extension, cut it the length you want, epoxy it in, then add the grip. Or either one of these places or any pro shop will do it for you.

Yes, you pull off the grip and put a shaft extender on the end, and then re-install the grip. Probably less than $20 for the whole job including the extender.
