l have cleveland cg14 54, and cleveland TA588 60. if you include pitching wedge, its just my iron set nothing special

Yes, l carry Callaway PW, AW, SW and a Cleveland 60 degree LW. l replaced my 3 iron and 5 wood, with a hybrid to stay at 14 clubs.

sounds like you have all you need. personally l do not use the 60degree much and sometime l take it out of the bag to prevent me from using it. (a trick l learned if l do not have it l can not hurt my score with it )

iron set 3 thru pw in addition l have a 52 and 56 wedge
the 52 fills the gap nicely between the pw and the 56
i practice at a lot of distances with my wedges and rarely hit one 100percent full. l play by feel and have a 4 hdcp
most people dont need anything beyond a 56 sand wedge

Good question. You choose clubs based on yardage. Mine are:
Titleist pw.......49*..130 - 100
Taylormade Rac gw.52*..115 - 85
Vokey sw.......56*..100 - 70
Vokey lw......60*....80 - 50

Yes it includes ur pitching wedge. Now-a-days golfers carry a Pitching Wedge, Sand Wedge & 2 Lob Wedges.

Since the short game is half or more of the total strokes, golfers r now paying more attention to the type of wedges they carry in their bag, but unless u r really good with ur short game, a 54 or 60 degree wedge will not make that much difference in ur game. l personally keep 3 wedges PW SW 60degree LW. l use the SW like a lob wedge for longer pitch shots.
