l shoot an average of 82-88 and l was wondering if this is good enough to get on my high school golf team

It depends how good the rest of the kids are. The highest average on the boys team at my school is like 90 so you might have a chance, but l know other schools whose highest average ia 80. Maybe you should just look at what the other kids have doing.

If that is for 18 holes you should be able to make it. It sort of depends how big your school is.

The average for my school is like high 70 is low 80's. it is all going to depend on the size of your school and how many kids are trying out and how many they are keeping. l say that you should try out because you are never going to know you dont try, and l know that sounds a little clique but just go for it. l am on my girls golf team at my school and we have a wide range of averages on the varsity team. l say go for it and GOOD LUCK!!

That is good for JV at my school but varsity you need mid to low 70s

l shoot around 82-85 and I've been on my high school is golf team since my freshman year (JV freshman year, varsity soph. year), and l will be back again this spring as a junior.
