l have to do a report on Golf for my massage therapy class. l need to some how find kinds of schedules pro-golfers keep, training, what is considered their off season and on season, common injury to golf, what main muscles are used in the sport etc. Mainly the schedule and their workout routine is what l need. l looked up Adam Scott & Tiger Woods and cannot find what l need. Does anyone have any help for me?! Thanks!

Your best source would be the the USGA in Far Hills, NJ . They may have information relative to your questions.

Contact your local country club and ask for the Director of Golf. Tell them what you are doing and he should be able to give you good general understanding of what they go through.

Also, look up Vijay Singh (although l do not care for him) he has one of the more rigorous work out schedules on tour.
