l thinking of getting a cart bag and l was just wondering... does it make sense to get a bag that is the same brand as your irons? l have callaway irons, but l was looking at some very great taylormade bags. would it be smart, or would it konda be weird?

unless u r thinking about resale value l wouldnt worry about that u dont need a matching bag unless u r gonna sell it at a store or something.

The best thing u can do is to get a bag that is comfortably regardless of the style. l play on a Div 1 Women is Team & the best thing is a lightweight bag. Its not weird to have a bag that matches, my non school bag matches the color of my irons which r blue. My school bag is Ping & very comfortable with many pockets but my blue one is a Sun Mountain which l highly recommend because it is very lightweight & great for walking. If ur not walking though.get whatever bag suits you! You have to be comfortable & confident in ur bag.the smallest things can make a difference in the confidence of ur game!

l play on a D1 team too, but l really do not see what that has to do with golf bags. If you want to get a cart bag, it does not matter which one you pick because the chances are you will not be playing the same irons for the same amount of time as you have the bag. No one truly cares what kind of bag you have. The choice is entirely up to you.

Bags do not have resale value where l live, so just get what you want. Tiger uses a bag with a car company name on it, and his clubs are something else.

l would just go for comfort, it may make a difference if you plan to sell everything, but who knows maybe the buyer would be after comfort too.
